www.mentalhealthrecovery.com  Mary Ellen Copeland is both a mental health professional and consumer (a person who has been diagnosed with a major mental illness.) She is the author of several excellent self-help books for depression and bipolar disorder. Her Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a step-by-step method that anyone can use to design a personalized recovery plan. 

www.nami.org  The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI) is a nonprofit, grassroots, self-help, support and advocacy organization of consumers, families, and friends of people with severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and anxiety disorders.
